Yes yes yessss you read that right. I am SO FREAKIN’ EXCITED to finally tell you about this collaboration! I have been wanting to work with someone on a Rock n Roll Bride clothing range for a while (in fact, when I was doing my pre-book launch tease on Instagram so many of you guessed/hoped we were doing clothing!) So when I started chatting to my friend Jo of The Couture Company about some really beautiful jackets she was working on… well, I knew it was the perfect fit. We are launching this collection with one design, available in a few different ways.
The centrepiece of the range is the biker jacket, which is available in two colour and fabric options – a stunning rose gold or a classic black. You can order it in the most buttery soft genuine leather or high quality faux leather (full disclosure: the faux leather is completely vegan but the embroidery on the back does have a small amount of silk in it. Also, the faux leather is a bit more pure gold than rose gold, but it’s the closest colour match we could find in such a good quality faux). The lining is made from a shimmer soft satin in my signature shocking cerise pink and even the zippers and fastenings are beautiful, made in a rose gold finish. In short, this is my DREAM JACKET.

But the back is where the party really happens! Jo and I worked together to come up with this exclusive ‘Rock n Roll’ embroidery design. The thing I love about it the most is that it’s not actually really that weddingy at all. You can keep wearing it after the wedding is over too meaning it’s going to be a great investment piece.
I am a strong believer in the outfit-transforming power of high quality accessories. The cheapest high street outfit will look a million bucks when paired with a well fitting jacket, a ridiculously awesome pair of shoes, or a statement handbag. In fact one of the only other pieces of a similar quality that I own is a designer leather jacket that Gareth got me as a Christmas gift a few years ago. It was an investment for sure, but I pull it out of my wardrobe every autumn and wear it religiously until it starts to get warm again in the spring. It also gets better with age as it moulds and relaxes to my shape each time I wear it. I know I’m going to own it until I’m old and (well probably not grey but ya know..!)

Fast fashion this is not. I am very proud and excited to be working with The Couture Company on a line that is handmade in the UK from really high-quality materials. Your jacket will be made for you by Jo and her amazing team from their Birmingham studio, meaning it’ll literally be the best fitting jacket you’ve ever owned. As with all The Couture Company’s work, each one will be hand-crafted, cut and stitched with love and care (no mass production factory in sight). Here they are making mine:
Since the seasons have started changing and autumn is now very much on it’s way, I’ve been wearing this jacket almost every day. I know you’re going to want to do the same when you get your mitts on yours.
But wait, there’s more!
Alongside the jackets we are also offering a smaller version of the embroidery either as a brooch (which can also be supplied without pins if you want to sew it onto another garment) or a belt with a detachable embroidered brooch. So even if the jacket isn’t your thing, you can still add a stamp of Rock n Roll to your wedding outfit.
I know, we’re just too good to you!

The belts can either be made from silk or man-made duchess satin, are 4cm wide, and will be made for you in your exact size (simply add the length you need at the checkout). The embroidered brooch is 9.5cm x 8cm.
Measuring yourself
I am so proud that we are able to offer these jackets in a wide range of sizes. Below is a guide, however if you have any questions or you need a size that isn’t included below, please email us and we will do our very best to advise! For reference I am wearing a size 14 in the leather jackets and a 16 in the faux leather one in these photos.
Bust is the measurement around the fullness of your bust, not your bra measurement. In order to ensure the most accurate measurements, make sure the tape measure is not pulled in too tight. You want your jacket to be comfortable to wear! We will not put a size label in the jacket, unless you specifically request one.
Refunds and exchanges
As all jackets and belts are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless an item is faulty. If an order is cancelled once production has already begun, we may only be able to offer partial refunds due to material costs already incurred.

Ordering
All items can be found on our online shop. Orders are taken through PayPal. If you would prefer to pay using a credit card or via bank transfer, simply drop The Couture Company an email on info@the-couture-company.co.uk or give them a call (0121 608 4445) and this can be arranged.
Since all items are made to order to your size and requirements, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. However, if an order is required urgently then we will do our best to get it to you quickly. Please call or email if you need to fast track an order before you place it.
I am so thrilled to finally share these with you properly. I’ve been teasing my own jacket on Instagram ever since the first sample was made and you guys seems pretty darn excited too. Jo and I can’t wait to see you wearing these on your wedding days (and beyond!)
