This intimate Scottsdale wedding is extra special to us, Cakies. Scottsdale Wedding on a Budget
Bride Debbie explains, We had just renovated our home, so our budget was pretty tight. We originally wanted to get married in Mexico but decided to do something smaller with immediate family only at my father’s country club in Arizona. We decided in January to get married in March over my children’s spring break. I’ve always loved the look of Silverleaf Club. It reminds me of Tuscany, so that was an easy pick for us.
They also opted to save money by styling their own flowers for the décor and tables, since Debbie and her mom have some experience in that area. That way they just had to hire a florist for the bridal bouquet and boutonniere, and Bloom + Blueprint Event Co nailed the design there!
A simple crudité spread of fresh veggies and dips is a beautiful and affordable way to keep guests happy during cocktail hour!
The couple had been engaged for a couple of years, but prioritized family life and personal events in that time instead of a lengthy wedding planning process. When it came time to throw the wedding, they whipped everything together in about one month. Btw, how sweet are these flower girls?

As far as their wedding style, Debbie wanted to stick to muted desert hues, while representing her more eclectic style by incorporating vintage vases. This gave everything a more moody vibe with a candlelit ceremony and dinner to follow.
Debbie says, Choosing Brooklyn as our photographer was a wonderful choice. She captured our day wonderfully. We wanted it to be a fun and happy day and we got everything we wanted.
