From Cathy Haebe, cake maker from Knead To Make… Whenever Minted approaches me about creating a series of cakes inspired by wedding invitations from their collection, I always jump at the chance. I am no stranger to the wedding industry and I know how difficult it is to stay on trend and to constantly be searching for inspiration.
With a company like Minted, trends and inspiration are never lacking after pursuing their site. They have an unbelievable assortment of beautiful, fresh new designs sourced from independent designers all over the world. An assortment that rarely leaves you wanting as there is something for everyone. I love that Minted sells so many designs that are non-traditional. Designs that are chic and engage you in a story. For these cakes, I wanted to chose the four designs that I thought would have the most interesting things to say.
