Morning guys! Let us be the first to tell you, this gathering Sally Pinera captured at new California venue The Barn at Green Valley has Friday written allll over it. The crews at Alison Events, Event Space Consulting, and Estate Events by Meadowood all invited industry pros to celebrate the space’s opening (which was originally built for the owner’s daughter’s wedding—lucky her!) with a special party, which of course is full of inspo for all you with barn or vineyard wedding dreams.
Naturally Elan Artists were there to keep up the celebratory mood.
Meadowood prepared delicious custom craft cocktails and served wine from grapes grown on the barns property. They served a farm fresh, ingredient focused lunch menu with a slant toward vegetables and a health conscious diner.
Always, always in the mood to sit down to an intimate meal!
Jesse Tombs from Alison Events planned and designed the event to feel light, fresh and with a sense of place. He wanted to look of the event to feel like it was always there, so he worked with Found Vintage Rentals to source rustic barn inspired furniture that suited the space. Floral Designer Kiana Underwood of Tulipina designed lush, bloom dense, bright and vibrant floral arrangements that were wild and garden inspired in style adding color, texture and undeniable beauty to the spaces.
As far as the color palette, it was mostly neutrals with cream linens, wood, and leather, to allow all those vibrant florals to pop. Good thinking!
Lastly, a little description of the venue, for all you planning: The Barn at Green Valley is a beautifully custom built barn located in the burgeoning wine region know to locals as Green Valley. Just 20 minutes from Napa Valley and 40 minutes from San Francisco, it is the perfect location weddings, corporate events or celebrations. The 9,000 square foot Barn at Green Valley can easily accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner. The intimate outdoor spaces can also accommodate smaller daytime gatherings.
