[field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”]This couple’s dream was to be married in Italy but sadly due to family healthy, they decided to get married close to home in New England. The couple wanted to transport their guests to a garden party at an Italian villa. They wanted a romantic, refined elegant feel, a day filled and inspired by florals. [/field]
[field title=”Proposal Story”]George wanted their proposal to be private and intimate. A cozy night in the middle of the pandemic, in their New York City apartment, George proposed on the couch in their home. They celebrated with a beautiful and quiet dinner together. [/field]

The bride wore ‘Cindi’ from Sarah Seven. This bride fell in love with the minimal feel of the gown. She ended up changing into a second dress to dance the night away with her friends and family.

[section title=”The Details”]
[field title=”Food & Drink”]The bride and groom are the best kind of foodies! They love food and wanted to really share their love of food with their guests. Their guests enjoyed classic from New England such as crab cakes, mini lobster rolls during cocktail hour while guests enjoyed their signature cocktails, Crazy Yin Love, a Boozy Watermelon (Boozy Watermelon: watermelon, cucumber, fresh lemon juice, mint leaves, white vodka, simple syrup) and Honga Teutonica: Gold Rush (bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup). Guests enjoyed a fresh arugula and watermelon salad before feasting on a plentiful options of baked haddock, chicken picatta, braised beef short ribs and summer corn ravioli. Guests also were able to enjoy the best kind of sweets at the end of the night: a sundae bar!! [/field]
[field title=”Florals & Decor”]Our design plan was based in the brides love of florals and minimalism. We searched for the best ways to combine these two ideas while transporting guests to Italy. We wanted the florals to feel like a combination of the end of summer and the start of fall. We utilized combination of unique hydrangeas, ranunculus, sweet pea, roses, gardenia and clematis. We wanted raw farm tables to feel like we were dining in Tuscany with the table being simple and undone. Candlelight and soft glow lighting was KEY to achieving this look and underneath the clear top tent. [/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]Our wedding cake was a simple two tiered cake adorned with a mismatch and mismatched beautiful florals. [/field]

[field title=”Special Detail #1″]

My favorite detail of the day was the seating chart. A flower wall where guests could find their names with a special unique flower just for them. It was lovely to watch guests take their flower from their card as they were escorted to their table.

[field title=”Special Detail #2″]Their welcome sign was my favorite!! It was hand made by a local calligrapher. It was accented by a beautiful ground arrangement. [/field]
