Rumor has it that Roxana first laid eyes on Marc while he was playing a show (he’s the front man of Electric Mud)… Well, almost 10 years later he sang to her on their wedding day at Brick in San Diego, CA. Cool theme alert: the whole design was inspired by the movie Practical Magic, which totally embodied his earthy vibe + her magical, feminine spirit. Naturally she walked down the aisle to Darlene Love’s Strange Love!

Sarah of Catalina Neal Floral + Design adorned the ceiling and chandelier with hanging floral installations and greenery.
A few notes on the design from Amorology: We brought in a mix of feminine + masculine; it was soft romantic meets woods and metals. We created a light and airy atmosphere, with a dash of enchantment and painted the space in neutrals and pastels with blush, amethyst, dusty rose, and charcoal grey. A marble backdrop for ceremony quickly transformed the wall into the perfect sweetheart table background. We topped the tables with ceramic grey plates and stone slab table numbers, with a mix of gold metals and smoky glassware.

Roxana says, The most memorable part of our day was the way the sun shone through the windows directly on us while we were saying our vows. I spent so much time planning and selecting details, but I could’ve never planned that beautiful golden lighting at just the right time when we were vowing our lives to one another.
Roxana took on lots of the planning while Marc was deployed overseas, so they were thrilled to find Heather and the team at Amorology. Congrats you two!
