Isn’t it wild how you can find inspiration anywhere? Maria, the talented force behind Tie the Knot Santorini, is a fan of the combination of art and printed textiles, so her inspiration for this abstract art-inspired wedding seems almost serendipitous:
The day began at the perfect canvas location— the gorgeous secluded villa of Akrorama. The perfect spot for a pop of pink in the form of a gorgeous bougainvillea bouquet! And now for a total work of art! Kirsty + Daryl from Weddings & Whimsy Santorini are the amazing artists who created the beautiful ceremony backdrop. The aisle channeled Salvation Mountain vibes with flowers and more colorful abstract strokes. The giant painted leaves by Betty Flowers Santorini were the perfect final touch on the art-inspired wedding decor! The bride wore a two-piece wedding dress by Atelier Zolotas and you KNOW we are here for the macramé details. And can we please get a closer look at that color-block bouquet?!Finally, Alexandra’s Cakes created two cakes that featured a painter’s palette of colors and designs.
