In the mood for a wedding in Sicily? The most lovely, lavish one too? Sure ya are. Especially when it comes complete with three days of wild experiences and dreamy spots along the way, including the first EVER wedding ceremony at the 3rd century Greek theatre of Taormina. (Clearly Strawberries & Champagne are magicians.) Itir + Karim were all about entertaining guests, and yep, saying they pulled it off is totally the understatement of the year…

This was the reception venue, Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo, with dinner prepared by Belmond’s Michelin star chef, Roberto.
The first day included a pre-wedding party the couple dubbed “Fellini and bellinis night”, a costume party (with a moodboard included in the invite!) where the couple arrived by boat. What a way to welcome guests!
The couple’s wedding ceremony took place at the Greek Theater of Taormina overlooking Mount Etna (for the first time in history!!!). Just you wait…
Add coral charm peonies and Scala Milano opera singers, and yeah, we have a pretty perfect ceremony.

These crazy cool red tablescapes were inspired by the Sicilian ceramics , Moorish heads, and allll the vivid colors.
